These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the goldph platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and goldph. Please read them carefully before registering or using any goldph service. By creating a goldph account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered under the goldph brand, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot games, Bingo, Bird Catcher, Teen Patti Joker, and any future products offered on the goldph Platform.
3.1 Age Requirement. goldph strictly limits access to real-money gaming to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with the minimum legal gambling age prescribed under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their goldph Account permanently suspended and all funds subject to review and regulatory reporting.
3.2 Philippine Residency. The goldph Platform is licensed by PAGCOR to operate within the Philippine jurisdiction. Accounts are intended for Philippine residents. Players accessing goldph from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk; goldph accepts no liability for use of the Platform in breach of local law.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) goldph Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through use of third-party personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to making any real-money deposit or withdrawal, Players must complete goldph's KYC verification process. This requires submission of at least one (1) valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID). goldph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend Account activity pending verification completion.
3.5 Accurate Information. Players must provide truthful, accurate, and current personal information during registration and at all subsequent stages of account verification. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goldph Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. goldph will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited channel.
4.2 You must notify goldph immediately via support channels if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. goldph will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon notification.
4.3 goldph is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality, except where such losses result directly from goldph's own security breach.
4.4 Sharing your Account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to use your goldph Account, is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5.1 Accepted Methods. goldph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All deposits are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱PHP).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 per transaction. goldph reserves the right to modify this minimum at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to each bank's own processing time, typically within one (1) to two (2) hours on Philippine banking days.
5.4 Own Funds Only. Players may only deposit funds that are legally their own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required under Philippine law.
5.5 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits from their Account settings under the Responsible Gaming section. Once set, deposit limits may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period as specified in the Responsible Gaming settings.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit on the same goldph Account, subject to KYC verification being completed. goldph does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not linked to the verified Account holder.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
6.3 Processing Time. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours on Philippine banking days. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review periods at goldph's discretion for compliance purposes.
6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The specific wagering requirement applicable to any bonus will be stated in that bonus's individual terms.
6.5 Verification Holds. goldph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source-of-funds verification, or any other compliance review required under PAGCOR regulations or Philippine anti-money laundering law.
7.1 All goldph promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and any other incentive — are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 goldph reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Players who have activated the promotion.
7.3 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering on both sides of an outcome to circumvent rollover requirements, or any coordinated exploitation of promotional structures — constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 9 and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings.
7.4 goldph reserves the right to apply maximum bet restrictions during active bonus wagering. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum during a bonus rollover period may be voided.
8.1 Certified RNG. All goldph random number generator (RNG) games use independently certified RNG software that produces unpredictable, unmanipulable outcomes. Certification is conducted by accredited independent testing laboratories as required under PAGCOR licensing conditions.
8.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at goldph use physical cards and equipment operated by trained professional dealers in licensed studio environments. goldph does not control the outcome of live dealer games beyond standard procedural integrity measures.
8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a system malfunction, technical fault, or data transmission error that affects a game outcome or account balance, goldph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any stakes placed. Malfunction voids all pays. goldph's determination of the correct outcome following a technical investigation is final.
8.4 Game Rules. Specific rules for each goldph game are accessible from within the game interface before play commences. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the goldph Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
10.1 goldph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. goldph recognizes that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and takes active steps to minimize the risk of problem gambling on the Platform.
10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified goldph Account holders through Account Settings:

10.4 If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing or that of someone close to you, please seek assistance from the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming helpline. goldph supports all responsible gaming initiatives endorsed by PAGCOR.
11.1 All content on the goldph Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game content, text, logos, trademarks, and design elements — is the intellectual property of goldph or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the goldph Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any ownership right in any goldph content.
11.3 Any reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, modification, or systematic extraction of goldph Platform content without goldph's express written consent is strictly prohibited.
12.1 The goldph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. goldph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, goldph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the goldph Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.3 goldph's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits goldph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
goldph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at goldph.vip/privacy-policy. By registering a goldph Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.
goldph complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
14.1 By goldph. goldph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
14.2 By the Player. Players may request voluntary closure of their goldph Account at any time by contacting goldph support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance requirements.
14.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with a Player Balance that have been inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as outlined in goldph's current fee schedule, which is available on request from goldph support.
15.1 goldph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the registered Account email address and/or via a prominent notice on the goldph Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the amendments take effect.
15.2 Continued use of the goldph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the goldph Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the goldph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.2 Before initiating any legal proceedings, Players must first attempt to resolve any dispute directly with goldph through the official support channels. goldph will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
16.3 Players who are not satisfied with goldph's dispute resolution may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint process. goldph cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
16.4 goldph operates under PAGCOR licensing for the Philippine online gaming market. goldph's official PAGCOR license details are available upon written request to goldph support.
